Horse the Band - “Pizza” - (Picture Disc, #506/550)
“Just Give Me Some Fucking Pizza!”
Horse the Band is one of the greatest bands out there and this EP proves that. Its 100% about the world’s greatest food, Pizza. I first heard Horse the Band searching all over Myspace for new music. I was amazed by their unique sound. Its like they got everything i loved throughout my childhood and made an album. No band has done their Nintendo-Core sound as good. ”Cutsman” is still one of my favorite songs to this day.
When this EP was announced i was super excited. “Anti-Pizza” was the single off it and its a perfect song. It made me laugh and want to pick up my guitar to play along. When i heard that there was going to be a vinyl pressing of this i had to have it. Sadly i missed out on it due to funds but a year later i got it for a cheap price on vinyl collective. This record is one of my favorites in my collection. I could never part with it.
The design of this record is breathtaking. The record itself comes on a pepperoni pizza picture disc (Say that fast 3 times in a row haha) and that disc comes in a pizza box! The lyrics are printed as coupons and it even has a pizza stand. How cool is that? Spinning this record is getting me hungry! I’m going to grab some pizza! Thanks for reading!

Brian got drunk on local Gin in Guatemala City, lost his $250 earplugs and shoes during the set, had his ipod and iphone stolen out of his backpack during the set, puked everywhere at the venue, and continued to puke at the hotel. he didn’t remember anything the next day.
